December 2018. Analysis of the EUA report
In order to implement the next stage of the Erasmus+ TRUNAK project “Correlation of the needs of Kazakhstani universities and the existing EU models for university management”, a working group was created at M. Kozybayev NKSU by the order of the First vice-rector. The working group included heads of structural divisions, teachers, doctoral students. On behalf of the employers, the group included the director of the BCC, member of the Supervisory Board of M. Kozybayev NKSU, Sharipov R.M.
The working group analyzed the report of the European Association of Universities (EAU) on the state of autonomy of Kazakhstani universities, discussed the conclusions and recommendations of the EAU, identifying specific areas of university management that are negatively affected by the current rules, and prepared a list of changes in the proposed recommendations and proposals of the EUA.
The results of the work were presented to the employees of M. Kozybayev NKSU on January 8, 2019 at the Discussion platform. After discussion, the report was presented to the TRUNAK project working group.
